Corporate conflicts paralyze decision-making and, if they reach the courts, can last for years and deteriorate the value of the company. Conciliation between partners offers a neutral and confidential space to unblock the situation with legal criteria, without stopping the company's activity. In which cases can it help you? – Disagreements about the company's management, strategy or investments. – Distribution of dividends and remuneration of partners or administrators. – Exit of a partner: valuation and purchase of shares. – Blockades at the board or administrative body. – Family business: generational succession and conflicts between siblings or family branches. How does it work? We study the statutes, the partners' agreements and the company's documentation. We listen to each party, in individual and/or joint sessions, and we help you negotiate an agreement or propose possible solutions, taking into account the commercial and, where applicable, tax aspects of each option. If there is an agreement, we draft it so that you can sign it and formalize it. Why is it worth it? – It keeps the company running while the conflict is resolved. – It is confidential: the company's image is protected against customers, banks and employees. – It is much faster and cheaper than challenging agreements or a dissolution procedure. – Before filing most civil and commercial lawsuits, you must have tried an appropriate means of dispute resolution (MASC). Conciliation meets this requirement. We serve in Catalan, Spanish, English and French. Face-to-face sessions in Girona, Figueres and Caldes de Montbui, or remotely by videoconference. We respond to each request within a maximum of 48 business hours with a proposed date, modality and budget.
